Hometown Front

Privacy Policy

Effective October 3, 2026

The short version: we use public business information to find businesses whose websites we can improve, and we email them once with a free preview. We don't sell or share personal information, we don't run ads or tracking on our site, and PayPal (not us) handles card details. To opt out or have your information deleted, email rawi@hometownfront.com.

Who is responsible

Hometown Front, operated by Rawi Lahiany (sole proprietor), Herzliya St 2, Daliyat El Carmel, Israel ยท rawi@hometownfront.com.

What we collect, and why

Outreach emails

We may send a business a short email about a preview we built for it, with up to three follow-ups. Every email includes our postal address and a one-click way to opt out. If you opt out, reply "stop", or ask, we stop emailing you and remove the preview.

Cookies and tracking

Our website uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. The checkout page loads PayPal's payment buttons, which set cookies PayPal needs to process payments securely (see PayPal's privacy statement). Preview sites we build may show an embedded Google Map, which is subject to Google's privacy policy.

Who we share it with

We don't sell personal information and don't share it for advertising. We use a few service providers to run the business, only for that purpose: Google (email and business listing data), Smartlead (sending outreach email), Cloudflare (website hosting), PayPal (payments) and Anthropic (AI tools that help write and build sites). They process data on our behalf. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Outreach data: until you opt out or about 12 months after our last contact, whichever comes first. Customer data: while you're a customer, and afterwards only as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Email rawi@hometownfront.com and we'll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example California, or Israel under its Privacy Protection Law), you may have additional rights, and we'll honor them.

Security

We keep data in password-protected, access-controlled accounts, and our sites use encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care.

Where data is processed

We're based in Israel and our providers operate mainly in the United States, so information may be processed in both countries.

Children

Our services are for businesses, not children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date above, and email customers about any material change.
