Hometown Front

Terms of Service

Effective October 3, 2026

The short version: we build you a website, you see it before you pay, and you pay either monthly (first month free, cancel anytime) or once. You own your business name, your content and your domain. We keep the site running, secure and updated while you're with us. Payments go through PayPal. If something's wrong, email rawi@hometownfront.com and a real person answers.

1. Who we are

Hometown Front ("we", "us") is a business operated by Rawi Lahiany, a sole proprietor, Herzliya St 2, Daliyat El Carmel, Israel. Contact: rawi@hometownfront.com. These terms apply to anyone who views a preview we built, or who buys a plan ("you"). By ticking the box at checkout, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.

2. Previews

We may build a free preview website for a business using information that business published itself (its own website and its public Google Business Profile) and licensed stock images. A preview is a concept, shown on a private address with a notice that it is not affiliated with the business, hidden from search engines, and removed automatically after about 30 days. If you own the business and want a preview taken down sooner, email us and we will remove it within 2 business days. Viewing a preview costs nothing and creates no obligation.

3. Plans and prices

The price for your business is shown on your preview and at checkout. All prices are in US dollars and include hosting, security (an encrypted connection), connecting your domain and small edits.

We may change prices for future periods with at least 30 days' email notice; you can cancel before the change takes effect.

4. Automatic renewal and cancellation

The monthly plan renews automatically every month and is charged to the PayPal account or card you used, until you cancel. You can cancel online at any time in your PayPal account (Settings → Payments → Automatic payments) or by emailing us; we confirm cancellations by email. If you cancel during the free month, you are never charged. If you cancel later, no further charges are made and your site stays live until the end of the month you've paid for. We don't refund partial months.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by PayPal under PayPal's own terms. We never see or store your card number. If a payment fails, PayPal retries it; if it still can't be collected after about 14 days, we may take the site offline until the account is up to date. We'll email you before doing that.

6. Refunds

Because you see your finished site before paying, payments are generally non-refundable. If we can't deliver what we agreed (for example, your site isn't live within 14 days of you sending us the domain details, through no fault of yours), you may cancel and receive a full refund of what you paid for the undelivered service.

7. What you own, and what we own

8. Your responsibilities

You confirm that you have the right to use your content, that the information on your site about your business (services, prices, offers, licenses, hours) is accurate and kept up to date by telling us about changes, and that your business is lawful. We may refuse or remove content that is unlawful, infringes someone else's rights, or is misleading.

9. Accessibility

We build every site with accessibility in mind and test it against common accessibility checks (we aim for WCAG 2.1 level AA). No website can be guaranteed free of every accessibility issue, and content you add or ask us to add can affect it. If anyone reports an accessibility problem with your site, tell us and we'll fix it promptly at no extra cost while you're with us.

10. What we don't promise

We work to keep your site online, fast and secure, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, since hosting providers and the internet occasionally fail. We don't promise any number of calls, bookings, sales or search rankings. The service is provided "as is", to the extent the law allows.

11. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or lost business), and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim (or $100 if you haven't paid anything). Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

12. Indemnity

If someone makes a claim against us because of your content, or information you gave us to publish, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of that claim.

13. Ending the service

You can cancel anytime (section 4). We may end the service with 30 days' email notice, or right away if you seriously break these terms (for example, unlawful content or non-payment after notice). When the service ends, your domain stays yours, and we'll help point it elsewhere.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters to you, we'll email you at least 30 days before it applies to your plan. The date at the top shows the latest version.

15. Disputes and law

If there's a problem, email us first; most things get solved in a reply. If we can't resolve it within 30 days, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Haifa, Israel, have jurisdiction, unless the law of your place of residence gives you a right to bring the claim there.
